How to Submit Advertising

1.Complete pages 2 & 3 of the advertising contract .

Please double check to ensure that all proper contact names, phone numbers and signatures have been provided.

2. Complete your advertising copy.

Reference our Ad Copy Specifications for our accepted formats and copy details.  Please reference our Rate Card for dimensions.
3. Payment Information:
  • Display Ads: We require that all first-time advertisers prepay for their first insertion with our publication to establish a line of credit with our organization.  Please include a check payable to New Jersey State League of Municipalities for the cost of your first insertion.  If you are unsure as to the amount that is due, you may reference our Rate Card or call Taran Samhammer at (609) 695-3481 extension 124.  An invoice can be sent to your attention upon request.
  • Professional Card Ads: All Professional Card ads are to be prepaid.  Please include a check in the amount of $390.

4. Mail your completed contract, prepayment and advertising copy to:
