    Expands Scope of Negotiations

Dear Mayor:

In response to your request, please see the links below for a copy of our sample resolution opposing
S-1137 which expands the scope of negotiations.

Although, our efforts have been successful thus far, we must continue our pro-active stance.  Therefore, a resolution, adopted by your governing body in continued opposition to S-1137 would be effective in our campaign to keep this ill advised legislation off the agenda.
