Technology Requirements

Equipment Needed

A microphone and speakers are needed.

If you do not have speakers, headphones that plug into an audio jack will work as well

Wi-Fi connection

Please make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection. Please close out any programs you are not using to ensure the best video and audio quality

VPN or Office Share Screen

If you have VPN or you use a screen sharing program for your office, please make sure to disconnect or log out of these programs.

Internet Browser

To make sure we have as little technical issues as possible, it is recommended that you use Google Chrome as your internet browser for pre-recording sessions and during the livestream Q &A.

Dual Screens

It is recommended, but not required, that panelists have two devices available during the livestream: one for viewing the live airing of the session (from the attendees view; however, to accomplish this, Conference registration is required), and a second that you will connect to through your presider/speaker link which enables you to participate in the Q&A. Although this is recommended, it is not required. To participate in the Q&A you must connect to the session via the panelist link you will be provided. Viewing the attendee's view on a second screen allows the benefit of following along with the presentation in real-time.
