Zoning Officer
A Zoning Officer is responsible for overseeing the zoning application process to ensure that residents comply with local zoning ordinances. This position requires frequent interactions with the public.
Technical Assistant to the Construction Official (TACO)
This position provides administrative support to the Construction Department, including the building permit process and answering Open Public Records requests.
Construction Official
Supervises the daily operations and oversees staff in the Construction Department. This office reviews and issues permits, and reviews violations. The Construction Official has must maintain knowledge of the NJ Uniform Construction Code, and all related laws.
