The Administrative Director of the Courts has appointed members to the newly created Affordable Housing Dispute Resolution Program (Program). The newly created Program is a part of the recent overhaul of the state’s affordable housing law.
The members are:

The Program is tasked with hearing challenges to municipal affordable housing obligations and plans, taking on responsibilities similar to the functions of the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH).
