After a court ruling last night, a federal judge issued a temporary restraining order and blocked the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) from pausing federal funds, the OMB rescinded that directive.
Yesterday’s Daily Update outlined the potential effects on federal grants, loans, and other financial assistance programs.
