The NJ Bike and Walk Summit brings together street safety, pedestrian and bicycling advocates; urban planning, transportation, and infrastructure professionals; elected and government officials; environmental, climate change, and open space activists; and biking and hiking enthusiasts.
This year’s keynote speakers will be Barkha Patel, Director of Infrastructure for The City of Jersey City; Shawn M. LaTourette, NJDEP Commissioner; and Beth Osborne, Director of Transportation for America. Programs and panels will explore such topics as Vision Zero implementation, equitable mobility, accessibility and safety, micromobility, designing safer streets, trail connectivity, and the Greenway.
This in-person summit will take place on Saturday, May 18, at Middlesex County College in Edison beginning at 8 a.m. Paid registration is required.
