The June 11 Lunch & Learn: OPRA Modernization video and PowerPoint has been posted to the League’s website. We have also created a form for individuals to submit questions on P.L. 2024, c. 16.
As a reminder, the new law will take effect on September 3, 2024. Any OPRA request you receive between today and the effective date must be fulfilled and follow the current OPRA law and regulations.
The changes outlined in the Lunch & Learn will not take effect until September 3, 2024.
