A coalition of almost 30 municipalities, the “Local Leaders for Responsible Planning,” filed a lawsuit to overturn the recently enacted Affordable Housing legislation, including requesting a stay on the implementation of the new law. On Thursday, the Mercer County Superior Court denied the stay. The next court hearing is scheduled for January 31, 2025.
