This June, the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) will host events throughout the state to promote the NJ Housing Opportunities for Municipal Equity and Success (NJ HOMES) program. NJ HOMES provides training, technical assistance, and funding to support the planning and implementation of small-scale, diverse, affordable housing that integrates into various communities.
The events are from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. as follows:
- June 11 (Wednesday) at Moorestown Town Hall, 111 West 2nd Street, Moorestown
- June 17 (Tuesday) at the Martin Luther King Justice Building, 495 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Conference Room 115, Newark
- June 26 (Thursday) at Home Front, 101 Celia Way, Ewing
Geared towards mayors, business administrators, economic development directors, and other key decision makers, the event will provide an opportunity to learn about Launchpad funding, discover the NJHOMES Choice Tool, explore Project showcases, and collaborate with DCA experts and peer leaders.
To register for the event, please email the event date, your name, title, and municipality/organization to NJHOMES@dca.nj.gov
