State Issues Notice on Local Regulation of Beekeeping Activities
The League has become aware of a statement issued by the New Jersey Department of Agriculture (NJDA) to municipal officials regarding restraints on municipal regulation of apiary and beekeeping activities.

Governor Signs Election Reporting Legislation
On Thursday, Governor Phil Murphy signed A-5176/S-3594 which requires periodic reporting of election results on the night of primary and general elections and until final tally is complete.
