Russia-Belarus Law Scaled Back After Court Ruling
NJ Treasury has made changes to its list of persons and entities with ties to Russia or Belarus banned from public contracts. Instead of a separate list, Treasury has adopted the U.S. list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons.

Application Process Open for LEAP Grants
