LRC Proposes Project to Review Private Right of Action Under CTA
On April 18 the NJ Law Review Commission (LRC) will meet to consider reviewing whether the Cable Television Act (CTA) would benefit from changes to clarify if a private right of action exists for municipalities to enforce cable franchise fees.
