Governor Signs Bill Making Outdoor Dining Permanent

Just as the COVID-19 outdoor dining permissions were to expire, Governor Murphy signed S-3608/A-4866 into law making those permissions permanent. P.L. 2024, c. 95 took effect November 25 except certain provisions will become effective on May 30, 2025.

Assembly Select Committee on Ballot Design Holds Hearing 

Since its initial meeting, the Assembly Select Committee on Ballot Design has held multiple hearings to receive public input on New Jersey’s ballot design. The final public hearing will be virtual on December 2 and registration is required to testify.
