Grant Opportunity: Community Energy Plan Grant (CEPG) Program  

The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) has announced its Community Energy Plan Grant (CEPG) program, providing $900,000 in funding for municipalities to develop localized energy plans.

Legislative Negotiations Include SALT Cap Deduction Increase 

Congress is attempting to utilize the budget reconciliation process to pass legislation that includes President Trump’s priorities. Members of Congress from New Jersey and elsewhere are advocating for an increase in the SALT cap deduction.

Virtual Office Hours Set for ARPA SLFRF Annual Reporting

U.S. Treasury is hosting virtual office hours starting on Thursday, May 8 at 10 a.m. for municipalities having trouble filing the ARPA SLFRF Annual Report that was due on April 30.

Grant Opportunity: Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grant Program

The U.S. Department of Transportation announced the Safe Streets and Roads for All SS4A Grant Program, a federal initiative that provides funding to improve roadway safety and reduce fatalities. Nearly $2 billion is available for future funding rounds.
