League Raises Concerns About Mandatory Food Waste Recycling Bill
On Thursday, the League testified and raised concerns about the budget implication of A-4118, which establishes statewide targets to reduce disposal of organic waste in landfills and requires DEP to adopt regulation to achieve targets.
