The U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office) announced $73 million in funding available for the School Violence Prevention Program (SVPP) Grant in FY25. Each award is three years in duration, with a maximum federal share of $500,000 per award and a local cash match (cost share) requirement of at least 25%.
Applications follow a two-step submission process: first, an SF-424 form must be submitted via Grants.gov by Wednesday, June 18, before 5 p.m., followed by the full application via JustGrants by the final deadline of June 26, for the FY25 School Violence Prevention Program.
