The deadline for local governments to submit their Local Efficiency Achievement Program (LEAP) grant applications is May 30.
Applications should be filed in the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) System for Administering Grants Electronically (SAGE). Required documents include lead agency and participant agency resolutions, completed supplemental forms, and a draft or finalized shared service agreement.
