Submitting an OPRA Request to the League

Requestors are encouraged to use the League’s OPRA Request Form to ensure that any request can be fulfilled in a timely manner and contains the legally required information and certifications.  

Please Note

The League is not the appropriate entity to request records related to individual properties, land, permits, or police records. The League does not create or maintain such records. Accordingly, requests for such records should not be directed to the League. Such requests must be made directly to the municipality or county where the property or land is located, or to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
